Getting started with BetterSwap is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps to connect your VeWorld wallet and start swapping tokens on the VeChainThor blockchain.

Before You Begin

Download the official VeWorld wallet here! For help with setting up your VeWorld wallet, we recommend to read the official documentation.

Connection Options

BetterSwap supports two convenient ways to access the platform:

• VeWorld Wallet - The traditional blockchain wallet approach

• Social Login - Powered by VeChain SDK for a seamless web2-like experience

Option 1: Connect with VeWorld Wallet

Step 1: Open the VeWorld Browser

1. Launch the VeWorld app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Discover tab. This is where you'll find decentralized applications (dApps) like BetterSwap.

Step 2: Connect Your VeWorld Wallet

1. In the Discover tab, search for BetterSwap or visit our platform directly at BetterSwap.io.

2. Once on the BetterSwap interface, click the Connect Wallet button in the top right corner.

3. Select VeWorld Wallet from the available options. You may be prompted to approve the connection request.

Option 2: Connect with Social Login

Step 1: Access BetterSwap

1. Visit BetterSwap.io in any web browser (or within the VeWorld app if installed).

2. Click the Connect Wallet button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Choose Social Login

1. Select Social Login from the connection options.

2. Choose your preferred social platform (Google, Apple, etc.).

3. Complete the authentication process through your selected platform.

4. A non-custodial wallet will be automatically created for you using VeChain SDK technology.

Start Swapping Tokens

1. After connecting (through either method), your token balances will be displayed in the trading interface.

2. Select the tokens you wish to exchange from the dropdown menus.

3. Enter the amount you want to swap and review the transaction details.

4. Click Swap and confirm the transaction (either in your VeWorld wallet or through the social login interface).

That's it! Your transaction will be processed securely through the VeChainThor blockchain, utilizing BetterSwap's aggregation protocol to find you the most efficient trading route.
